    Morning all

It appears hamilton is to race anyone Know any different?
From P 10 it should be great to see..

When a Q3 gearbox problem left Hamilton's team-mate Alonso 10th on the grid in France, he found it difficult to make progress through the heavier lower top ten traffic, and could only finish seventh in the race.

So lets see him show his metal a true test taking into account his crash

I'd rather he didn't - the less points Hamilton score for Mc, the better for SF.

+1, however it will be interesting to watch. He hasn't really had to deal with traffic, other than lapped traffic, during his short tenure in F1.

btw, it looks like I'm the only one up in Cali to watch the race already. Couldn't sleep. It's 3:40am here. )c:

6:51 EST here.....Up an anxious to see Scuderia Ferrari bring it home to a 1-2 finish. Glad Speed Channel has the US telecast back, was getting really tired of the blurry webcasts. :)

Very pleased to see Hamilton in todays race....Praying for a good, safe outing.
I watched a replay of Senna's crash yesterday....hitting the tire wall at speed is a bad thing. :(

The "air walls" and the HANS device definitely protected LH, a few years ago, it may have ended up differently.

Good afternoon to you Steve - it's not quite 0630 here for me. How's the weather in Europe this morning? You going to the race at Spa next weekend? John and I will be in Belgium on Friday.

Glad Lewis got the okay - (I knew he would!) Hope for a good race and will be definitely watching him come thru the middle of the pack.

GP2 just ended so pre-race about to start - time to grab a soda and some cookies.

    Have a terrific day.

    Carol

Bob Varsha just said rain about half hour away. This should put an interesting twist on the race. We're anxious to see the MC-12's race next weekend. . . of course it will rain (don't think we've ever been to Spa when it hasn't).

    Enjoy your breakfast.

    Regards,
    Carol

    8 minutes to go . . .

Peter Windsor just spoke with Anthony Hamilton - he said all Lewis was interested in was his starting position today - Peter said we all know what Lewis can do starting from mid-field as witnessed in GP2 and other series.

    RAIN IN 10 MINUTES > > >
