They look like they are having a lot more fun than you have with your cars! My guess is that is the car that gets the 4th parking place
They do love to drive the go kart! Because the kart gets grass wherever it parks it is BANNED from the new garage. My garage (the new one) has: 1- The boat / trailer 2- Toyota Tacoma 3- Ginetta G20 4- Infiniti Q45 5- Ferrari 348 Auto tools / workbench. The wife's garage (original 4 car built with house) has: 1- go kart 2- Honda Odyssey 3- Bikes, yard tools 4- junk piled up like a typical garage (skates, scooters, paint, etc...) The workshop / garage (1 car built about 4 years ago) has no cars right now, but stores all the implements of destruction (saws, drills, etc...) and serves as a pool cabana.
I love the separation of Garages! That works for me: Her garage, her stuff, kids stuff, house repair stuff, My garage, my cars & dirt and lint free.

You might consider porcelain tiles in lieu of ceramic or natural stone (you mentioned brick in your post). Natural stone and ceramic tiles can stain if they come into contact with brake fluid, oil, antifreeze, etc. As for what kind of grout to use, you might consider epoxy grout because it is stain resistant. Silicon may not be appropriate for this application. If you would like some more information, I can send you a PDF with information about a line of epoxy grouts that we use and recommend. Kindly drop me a note and reference this post. Chad [email protected]

How do you decide which one to drive. Of those four...I would have to sit there every day for like 20mins just deciding which one to take!
