Lon Godwin, you will be missed

I just heard that we lost an incredible friend in a tragic death.

Lon, has been a friend to me for years and I felt as though he was my brother. I introduced him to Ferrari's and he bought one just over 2-years ago. He told me that his Ferrari brought him more happiness than anything he had ever owned.

The details of his death are not important, but the void he left behind will never be filled.

He gave his friends incredible happiness, but he left this world in the most tragic way...

We will miss Lon and his black 360 at Crescent Classic this year....

For those who knew him, you will understand my sorrow...

Never got the pleasure of meeting him. But anyone that leaves the ferrari family will be missed by me. RIP

 

Horrible news at any time, but particularly as we gear up for Crescent Classic 2007. I enjoyed talking with him last year. He will be missed.

I always enjoyed talking and laughing with Lon.
He had such a vibrant outgoing personality.
We will miss him.

 

Lon was a good friend as well as a great client of mine, he will missed. He was the one who encouraged me to join FCA and told me about FChat.
