Latest & Greatest: Ferrari F70

i thought that the enzo was the last of the v-12 supercars. the next "supercars" won't be v-12's and shouldn't approach 235 mph!

 

I want my 4 minutes of my life back after reading this post !

 

That black prototype everyone saw in the beginning and believed was the "F60" is really, (as I recall), the FX Prototype.

But the mistake you're making now is one I bet everyone will make again with this car. It will start being seen around Italy, everyone will call it the F70, Ferrari will come out and reveal it to be "blah and blah, Enzo 2," whatever, and from therefore, everyone will say, "The "BLAH AND BLAH" is the F70! I kn0es aLL!"

Just like everyone believed that black prototype was the F60, everyone will assume this is the F70. Folks, let's wait until Ferrari actually calls it something and not what Autoweek thinks it'll be. (This is more directed at anyone who thinks the Enzo is the F60; I know the 95% of the F-Chat members know the obvious.)

 

An F70 in the companies 62nd year...

I don't care if the next car is to be named Dino or F70 - just hoping it has the Ferrari genes in it (no hybrid, please).

I cant believe this thread was started just because some dude drew a few UGLY pics and put it on the web claiming it is the next super ferrari. Wow, just wow!

It wasnt done by top gear, it was drawn for top gear. I aint critisizing top speed, I dont like the drawing.

The Ferrari Enzo Ferrari was built to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Ferrari.
So there will never be an F60, so it will move next to an F70.

The next supercar is unlikely to be before 2009 and who knows what it's going to be called - F70, Kimi, Michael, Jim-Bob or whatever.

However, the closest clue to the general concept (engine, set-up, materials, etc) is probably the FXX.

If there is an "F70" in Ferrari's 70th year, should it be a biodiesel or a hybrid?? Now that's a more interesting discussion to have instead of worrying about names!

 

Let me get this straight.....Top Gear is building the F80, which will come out in 2050 and be known as the F100>70. Right im glad i've put that straight, ok everyone.

like ive said before...TT V8 Uniar 4.0L well over 1000hp possible(very)....
