Keith has a lot of time for his customers too... bought car from him .... very helpful and resourceful.
Sounds very cool.... I would imagine job will take quite a few weeks to complete. Who doing the detailing for you? A skilled artist would be required.

About the Gallardos. I had my late '04 edition for 6months, clocked 3000+kms & did a trackday. Maxed @ 265km/h but it could go farther. Tubi Tried an '06 SE last night just after 12K service. Larini. Very different cars IMO. Now I know why Phil misses his old G. The earlier one is very rev happy, you could drag your gears higher due to longer ratios, steering rack was shaper/tighter, Egear "click" is distinctly different & you can hear a clonk sound when u engage first. (not everyone likes this) Only **** is the surge when moving off & it doesn't happen all the time but mine was a 1st generation clutch, a S$7K job & "F" series clutch with software upgrade will improve this significantly or so they say. The 06. Car feels "softer", civilised is the word I would describe. From neutral, u engage 1st, you simply squeeze the Egear softly & there's no sound or feeling of gear engagement, only the # on your panel. Upshifts are very smooth & I'd change earlier, only realised the difference when I was slowing down to turn in & found I was on 1gear higher than usual! The thick steering wheel is nice & meaty but power steering a little light & soft IMO. This should be adjustable to suit driver? but it's definitely easier to handle even with one hand, not sure if that's a good thing on hi-speed runs. The throttle intake has a strange & almost irritating "shreik" noise when I step & even on releasing the A-pedal. I didn't have this on my G, does any of you G owners hear that? Workshop says it's inherent for 06 onwards. My Murcie has K&N sports cone & has a wonderful induction sound everytime I step on the A-pedal, kind of like turbos spinning. The brake pedal is spongy. Maybe steel brake lines helps? Oh yes, the downshifts on sportsmode. God I miss that! & the Larini simply belts out a song Overall the 06 is an improvement in terms of handling & hardware IMHO. It's a more civilised car in everyway, better for daily use for the general buyers. But I like a little rawness in my ride. My M feels heavy, a 100kg lighter would be nice or maybe thinner rubbers back there. The new exhaust is so loud I'd only change no higher than 4K rpm but when u hit pass 5k, another 50horses seems to be pullling u but that's 3 figures territory no-no.
