Rust on a TR?

 

Hmmmm....please elaborate if you can about this car. Is the rust in the lower doors? With that many miles the nose must be very pitted by now? I'd consider buying a "beater" Testarossa....that'd be cool! I'd like to see that car in person if your near my geographic area - that is...lower Michigan. Please tell us more...

Quick question.... What exactly do you mean "the clutch is weak" ?? Is it slipping (ie - the rpms from the engine increase but the car's speed doesn't increase.) ?? Please clarify that...

Where exactly is the rust?? Where the cheese grater fins meet the body??

No service history = plan on spending $20k to bring this thing up to decent mechanical condition.

Salvage title = wrecked at sometime, where fixing it would've cost more than totalling it out.

Personally, I'd run away from this. Unless you enjoy buying headaches !!
