My friend who is one of the McLaren support staff just gave this to me... signed by Ron, Alonso and Hamilton.

Hope Hamilton wins... got more value for the cap.

seen the 612 today...blue unit, asking px bit high. heart thinking, head sleeping.

Ian say think abt the QP....the silver GT sport version in showroom looks good, with all the carbon fibre interior with black leather...IMHO better than the wood layouts. may have to sell my wheel clamped 645 earlier then anticipated.

Not really. If u understand what we go thru in daily life here in Shenton Way :(

I was in Kluang & Air-Hitam whole of yesterday. Had a lousy Bakuteh b'fast (went to the wrong stall or obviously they haven't tasted ours!) then spent a good afternoon in the kampong plucking rambutans & fighting angry red ants! Believe me, we took in 3 full 50kg type bags for rice worth of Ang-motans :D

Then spent the rest of the day sleeping on wooden planked room with the smell of burning coconut husk in the background (keeps mossies away) bathed in cement floored bathroom from cold water tank while the cockerels sang in the background. Makes me feel like buying a kampong house for weekend jaunts with the kids! Oh have you guys seen home grown pomelos?

Smells a bit like Tekong huh? Oh well maybe our days of Tekong, it's now all urban jungle there too.

I don't care how it drives (& it appears to drive very well according to reviews; unless they were bought!) but I want a Pagani & make it an F please in naked CF :D

but seriously, I think Porsche do make very good cars for an all-rounder & a GT3 would possibly be my choice if I have to live with just one car. Too bad they look a little blend but that's why people are buying AMGs etc.

    hmmm...i resemble that remark.

my two cents' worth? if i was limited to one exotic, it would be a porsche 911. based on what i have read so far (not driven), probably the GT3 although a turbo would probably suffice. cliched as it sounds, the porsche falls between a ferrari (and presumably a bull) and an amg interms of the various KPI's that one pays attention to.

look up the sl55 vs f430 discussion on the 360/430 thread. quite a good read.

Well, there are those who went thru many exotics & finally settled on AMG or AudiRSs. Basically exotic killers or Q-ships we call em. Sedate, packs everything in & gives exotics a fright but not exactly cheap either. Maybe I'll be driving one of those later or just dial a cab & enjoy some F-1 Singapore style!

Hey guys, just want to know if it is worth visiting the Ferrari factory in Italy as a non-ferrari owner? Plus it is better to travel there from Venice or from Milan?
