One of my favorite styles. Here is a shot of the courtyard of my favorites. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I must admit, that is a beauty! I have always loved to have a courtyard. I remember growing up we used to have one but I don't remember if it was Spanish style (probably was, since the medditareanian (sp?) style is very similar)
chase, thanks for posting...nice to see some trad style pics here along with all the modern stuff...give us some more. I need to get my a** in gear and get some trad shots as well.
If you like this style you should check out the Standard Pacific Tuscan style model above Crystal Cove that's selling for $7MM or so. One of the other models has a subterranean garage for about 8 cars. That and the newly remodeled Getty Villa.

Villa Cerretello in Santa Stephano. 25 miles north of San Gimiano. Stayed there twice, the last time with 3 families and 20 people. It is on 1000 acres owned by a family, and they have built 3 new villas there too. Just google Villa Cerretello if you want to find out more about it. 45 minutes to Florence, 50 minutes to Pisa, and 3 1/2 hours to the Ferrari Factory. Tuscany is tough to beat ! All around Toscanie there beautiful house, i never been in this place but believe me, the first time i will go there it shoud be in Toscanie, for country, gastronomie etc... all seems so perfect, and as you said the Factory not so far.
Really ingenious systeme of irrigation, giving water from the montains Sierra Nevada. Probably the most beautiful place i ve seen in my life, it s amasing garden flower it seems that palce was made all for love.
+1 on the Alhambra. My jaw dropped the second I stepped in, and stayed wide open until I got out late in the afternoon. My friends thought I was upset because apparently I didn't say all but a few words during the whole visit! hahaha. Never went through so many pictures so quickly. Good thing the Alhambra was great, because I hated the rest of the city! ah!
you ve got a part of the city very interresting to visit, it was possible to see from the Alhambra, Granada it s just amasing town. afther that i ve been in Cordoba and it s was awsome to see the center of the town.
sur, but on mine you ve got no one...jajajaja the difficulty in this place is to made pics with out nobody on shoot, too much people best period is March/April
you know... i hadn't even noticed that. that's amazing. i just looked through my Spain trip photos and realized yes, there's other people in just about everyone of them. i was there in 1999 for Holy week and was able to watch the processions in Granada, Cordoba and Sevilla. absolutely breathtaking. sorry for the thread hi-jack, i'm done.
no matter, i made the travell 3 times, i love so much Alhambra, now i know a little bit about it... more Spanish style, small is beautifull isn it? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
