Drive through ATM for blind drivers?

I will guess the drive through key pads are identical to the indoor pads. I will assume it's cheaper to make all pads the same rather than a second batch for drive through machines.

 

Its because 99% of the drivers in Florida are Blind

 

The same reason they have audio outlets and headphones for blind people.

I'm sure some brilliant lawmaker required the headphones & braille stickers... the same one that required that the best parking spots be reserved for able-bodied people with blue hanging plaques in their cars.

i didn't know who said it originally, but i've heard these a million times before from a million different sources. sports illustrated, i believe it was a steve rushin article, had about 20 of these anecdotes related to sports in it. if i can find it, i'll post a few more up,
