Anyone ever paint the grey area around the front grills and rear diffuser black?...and/or body color of car. I'm thinking about painting all grey parts on my F430 black to match the car. I"ve already blacked out wheels and lights and I think this would complete the "stealth" look that I'm going for.

    Excellent looks.
I have seen F430s with painted front air intakes in the same color as the car. It does look good especially if your car is black.
Novitec F430s also have the diffuser in the same car color.

I dont have any pictures, but I do agree it would look a lot better in black than grey. Your 430 looks awesome, love the black rims and the blacked out lights, perfect colors!!!!!!!!

The painted diffuser looks like an upside down dish rack.

Had local high-end wheel/stereo store do it...all lights removed/installed/painted for less than $700.00. Only took 3 days to complete job. They are going to paint diffuser/intakes next week. I'll post pics when complete.

And what is Novitec asking for a pair of only their smoked tail lights?

I think they want about $2,200 for the tail lights..they actually replace the entire light set-up so you can back to stock...but they only offer the tail lights and side fenders ($200.00) lights. I personally think my option is the way to go..every light done for $700.00 just seemed to good to pass up.

You can talk to Jason @ exotica-motorsports about the pros/cons.... I know he sells the novitec stuff.

    Hello,
Did you have the front bumper painted at the factory, or after you recieved the car?
If it was done after, I assume it was removed to be painted.
    Thanks

I dont know, but I don't think it looks anygood. The contrast between the two colors is really good. Painting the diffusers would make the car just look ugly.
