    yup, the same one I PM'ed you that time......just got of the phone with my lawyer, part of the reason was that A COP HAS TO WITNESS a moving violation to write the ticket, they can not issue tickets based on a witness, even though it happened to be an off duty cop

    true story, I got a speed ticked by a state trooper, 90 in 65.....had my friend (not Barry) call the trooper.........yadda yadda yadda, the Trooper does not show up to court, Judge tells me the Trooper called ahead and to reduce the ticket to "parked on sidewalk" heehee ...... $100.00 ticket, the reciept # ended with 666

    hahaha .......
