Do you have any finished pictures of the new exhaust yet, Jim? My collection of photos seems to have been having a dry spell over the last month or so. :p

    Thanks.

Congratulations to 'Napolis getting rightful honors, yet again. It's good to see the only proper Enzo recognized not only as such by mags and Auto Shows, but as top of the custom field, period.

    It's been a helluva year, hasn't it?

    My mistake. Keep us updated.
Was there anything other than the tips that had to be changed for this modification to be possible?

When I had dinner with Dr. P I didn't think what we discussed would wind up in the Newspaper (Frankfurter Allgemeine)...

"The American James Glickenhaus had already a talk about this with Paefgen. The movie producer and director, an enthusiastic car collector, recently caused a stir when he had a new Enzo modified into a unique Ferrari P4/5 Pininfarina."

"this" refers to the idea of having a Veyron completely customized into some sort of an art object. (Their words)

Okay, just build the car and stop dangling the t-bone in front of our faces. :)

I think I remember reading a post of yours from a LONG time ago that if you were to do a Veyron, it would pay tribute to the Bentley Speed 8? Am I close? ;)

    Hi

There is a long distance from here to there. At this point this is only a dream.

The Great Bugatti's were front engined. The GP cars, The Electron Coupe, The Tank, The Royale so turning those cues into a mid engined car isn't an easy thing. I do think the Speed 8 was a fantastic adaptation of the Audi R8 and what a Le Mans Coupe should look like and I also like the Peugeot Le Mans Coupe.

I wasn't the one who spoke to the the Frankfurt Newspaper and frankly I have no idea where they came up with what they did. It didn't come from me but I did very much enjoy my dinner with Dr. P and do admire what they've accomplished.

    Hey. You never know...

You're right Jim. Stick with something simple, like buying an MC12. Strip it down and you can do that P4/5 R. It would take a lot less design, since you kinda have the original to work with. :p
