It also helps when Alex Schnaider OWNS the development...Donald Trump is only selling his name and 'brand' for use on the development. Shnaider is the $$$ behind the entire project. ($500 million total project cost).
Rick, he paid approx $50 Mil for the race team and sold it a year later for $109 Mil. But no big deal (For him). It was easy to buy that condo even before since he is worth $2 Billion.
