What glass did you use for the wide angle shot? I'm thinking about investing in a 17mm but first I want to get a 50mm 1.5 for my Fuji. cheers ken
Correct. And it's more difficult than it looks. That was my first attempt at a panorama. Any tips? Oh - and it was stiched together from three different photos, all taken with my Nikon 18-200 VR lens at 18mm.
Nope, I've never done it myself. You using the photoshop tool? I've heard it's pretty good at lining up the images. My buddy is using it to document the construction of his new garage. Looks good however you made it.
Yea, I used the tool in CS3. It's MUCH improved over the previous versions. I couldn't see any seams at all. The final image looked a little distorted though. I think the key to panorama shots is to take something in the distance, otherwise the perspective change makes it look weird. Just my opinion, I haven't tried it enough to really know.
