    Way expensive, IMO, even for a low mileage car. I'm always leery of a low mile car anyway because of the possibility of gaskets and seals leakage. The original valve guides is a trun off too. Very pretty car, but pricey for the mileage adjustment. I'd look at something else, like that 1995 red/tan car with guides replaced that was on eBay 2 weeks ago for high 60's. Way better deal.

    Since you are soliciting I would say 60 - 70. 70 would have to be immaculate and PPI be spot on, though I might spot a couple thousand on that if he was responsive and pleasent (ie. respond to emails, picture reqs, not screw around on titles, etc.).

    Only 60 :eek:??? Its an example of "the best car in the world........... EVER!!!!!"..... I say at least 65 ;)......... Although one thing worse than after thought fender shields are mislocated after thought fender shields..... :(

    its not my car

    ....but I must say, hey guys I'm surprised of the $70K-$65K estimates. The car is due for a 30k service ($6k), has original valves ($4k), original hearders (3k), original clutch ($2k), has had a complete repaint after "small" collision(thats some sort of subjective deduct). If the car was pristine it should garner $69k but by my estimates will require $15k conservatively for the service to be sorted appropriately. Now you have a bone stock car, and that won't do...so add another $10k in options like tubi, cats, and headers and I'd put the cars current value w/ a good PPI at $50k. Not that it could be bought for that but I'm trying to determine value. $50k + $25k means the car would then be worth $75k after all mentioned was complete.

    Now where am I missing it?

    Well it will be due for a 60k after the 30k you just mentioned (deduct another 6k). Probably tires, air cleaners and winshield wipers soon (deduct 2k). Car washes, waxes and oil changes are not cheap either (deduct 3k). Brake job with rotors, will need Brembo GT kit at minimum (deduct 5k). Floor mats and interior dressing (deduct 0.5k). Sticky interior will need fixing (deduct 1k). Thorough PPI, smog inspection, shipping and registration fees (deduct 5k to 6k).......etc....etc.....etc........ at this rate the seller should be paying me to take the car............ :p :p :D :D!!!!!

    Aparently it did have a major if it cost 7k......

    So to the guys in the 60k camp...... If it was your car, would you sell it for 60k???

    The listing states the quarter mile time of 12.8--anyone know where that info comes from? I've never seen it listed that fast... Just curious...
