    sell my 997 GT3 with 1400 miles. Would the best thing to do be look for some form of trade with an individual? I can sell it outright for close to MSRP, but I will take an 8K tax bath. An exchange of any sort only get's taxed on the difference. Ideas

    Do you own the GT3 or is it a lease? but why the change of heart so fast. 997GT3 is a great car.

    It's GT silver. Ceramic brakes, full black leather with extra leather on center console and door finishers, Zenons, adaptive sport seats, better stereo option, silver seat belts, CF door sills, custom wool mats("GT3"), front black inlet screens(porsche part with black powdercoat), full clear bra, CF front air diffuser(have orig too), high end cover, new style porsche batt tender. MSRP 128250.(what I paid, add ons extra.)

    Oh, it's a little too "tracky" for what I need. Wife gets nausea.

    Beautiful car! Thats funny that you live in PA too...better get some driving in before the end of the season. looks like you keep it in great shape. Why the desire to switch to a 360? While it isn't "tracky", it isn't a mercedes benz as far as drivability....but, I must say that the driving feel in a 360 is uncomparable to the Porsche. I've owned more than 10 Porsches and none, including the Turbo, compares to the feel of driving the Ferrari!

    All 997 GT3s come with a roof standard, no other way to buy it. The RS comes w/o the roof.

    Beautiful GT3 btw.

    Don't hate me guys, but I just had a thought that the 997 GT3 - 360 transformation was to be a little downgrade and not a upgrade. Just MHO.

    Anyway why wasn't you happy with your current GT3? Just wondering. If I had one I'd be making 1400 miles a week on it :)

    I am happy with it. It's just too much car for me. I'd liken it to a CS...not for everyone and needing a track to stretch it's legs.

    I would agree with that comparison. I love the GT3. The 997 GT3 is much more of a daily driver than the 996 GT3. If I ever get tired of Ferrari, my first choice of cars would be a GT3. :)
