I would take the new ONLY if it was the 722 Edition. If it was a regular SLR, I would choose the Gullwing.
this thread is the biggest joke of all time. There is no comparison and to make one is unbelievably moronic (once again using my favorite word).....GULLWING......
lol no decaf!!! but seriously. How can you compare the two. One is one of the most iconic cars in the world and the other is a huge mistake between two of biggest car mfg in the world. Its like comparing a bugatti type 57 to a ferrari 430. Doenst make any sense.
Ah, the reason we are all here is to talk about cars. Thought it might be an interesting topic, sorry it got your underware in a twist.
lol, you guys take this all too seriously. I wasnt aiming to bring down your post, just saying that they are two completely different cars and thats my view on it. Great to have them both in the same place at a show. Personally I would never compare the two and take the gullwing in a heartbeat but the comparsion didnt make sense in my opinion. Nothing personal...
Those SLR's really are wild looking cars, its a shame that they only come in a slushbox. I think they'd be much more respected in the automotive world if they offered it in manual, even if the automatic is "quicker".
I would take the Gullwing...hands down. Try this one...you guys may feel the same about these two but I thought it might be interesting... 1947 Ferrari 125S or 2006 Ferrari F430? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
