Never in my wildest dreams, did I ever think there would be such an event in my old neighborhood! Here's the skinny on what I know so far. The event is sponsored in part by the Ferrari Club of America, the last few years it took place in Annapolis. It's a charity event for the "Children's Guild" It will be held on Sunday the 23rd of September, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a reception/auction in the old scholl hall after. Stiles St. will be blocked off from Vaccarro's Pastry Shop up to St.Leo's Church, to allow for a display of approx. 70 cars. The event is open to all Italian makes, so wetpet you can bring "LUIGI". I don't think he will feel alone as 3 friends of mine have Cique-centas. For more info go to the Mid-Atlantic Region of the FCA website. I'll keep you posted as I get more info! Hope to see everyone there! Will
I might go to this, sounds fun! Although living in DC and commuting to baltimore on weekdays, I usually don't want to go on weekends too
I am a new Ferrari owner and would like to join you guys if you have room for a couple more Ferraris and a Lambo, providing the weather cooperates. JT
From what I understand, it's $50.00 to register your car. That also includes a spot at the reception. Contact Dave Born from the FCA Mid-Atlantic region for more info. Thanks, Will
Welcome to the community..I have secured additional parking if necessary (it is limited). There are 2 parking garages within walking distance of the event. FYI. I'll pray to St.Gabriele for good weather. We're closing off the streets and having Festival for him this weekend. It might be a good opportunity for a dry run of sorts? At least you can get some pretty good home made ravioli! Will

So I will be attending. I've exchanged some emails with Dave Born, you do need to register. He sent me this: Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks for the welcome. Which one of my eccentric (crazy) bothers are you referring to; Ned or Fred? JT
O.K. Hot off the press. Here are some answers to questions I had posed to Dave. 1) There will be controlled parking in the School parking lot at the corner of LLoyd St. and Stiles St. for other attendees that are ticket holders with non-Italian exotics. 2) Dinner is going to be supplied by the Little Italy Restaurant Association members and should be great italian. 3)There will be an intermingling of the different Italian marques to show no prejudice. The cars will be at a 45 degree angle to the curbs. 4) Ticket holders will be able to attend the Hospitality suite on the second floor of Vacarro's from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. for coffee and treats at no cost. There will be litght food available at a pay-as-you-go at the participating restaurants which will have a checkered flags outside their doors. Will
I assume you guys know my brother Fred from being a local member of the Ferrari club. We only live two miles from one another but see each other less than once a month (I travel a lot). I haven't even had a chance to tell him that I purchase my first Ferrari. I look forward to meeting you guys at one of the meets. I also like to go down to the "church of the holey doughnut" in Burtonsville at Rt29 and 198 a couple of times a month. Quite a few exotics (Ferraris, Lambos, Ford GT's, Astons, Lotus, etc.), sports and muscle (some are super sweet) cars show up there each Sunday between 8 AM and 10 AM. I plan on being there this Sunday (weather prevailing) around 9 AM so please join me if you guys have the time; I'll buy the coffee and doughnuts. JT P.S. I'll be by my new dream (35 years I've been dreaming) toy, a Red F430 F1.
does it look like it will be a sellout. i may be up there around that time and it would give me an excuse to bring the car along.
Hey Joe, Congrats on the new Ferrari! I'd love to come down but I'll be working at the St.Gabriele Festival in Little Italy on Sunday. Stop by if you get a chance to. Will
