don't know. I've sent my check in and will be there with full family (all 4 kids). I look forward to seeing people there and will be wearing my Fchat/Ricambi landyard
The multiplication factor for big families is a issue for sure. But then again, it all goes to charity if I understand correctly, so its a good thing. Talking about family costs, I'm literally about to leave to italy tonight on the new united flight direct to rome from IAD and can look forward to enjoying the 1.35 euro exchange rate and having to feed a 4 hungry kids. See you all in a couple of weeks
No that was not me, my car just arrived from up from Florida yesterday. However I did meet a gentleman a couple of Sundays ago at the church of the holey doughnut that also owns a red F430 and lives off Rt108 in the Gaither Farm (spelling?) development; I bet it was him. I spoke to my good friend George who was driving his 04 Lambo Murci today and he got stranded when his e-gear pump went up so I don't know if his car will be ready for this event. I would still like to make it. Do you need to register in advance? If so how? I would hate to park my car where I can't see it or at least be in the general vicinity. Thanks, JT
Joe, Yes, you'll need to register. Contact Dave Born from the FCA..... [email protected]. Will P.S. Do you have a sister-in -law named Marcia?
Steve, Thanks for the offer......but....you'll have to wrestle Luigi to get the keys out of his hands..LOL
O.K. Here's the latest update for the event. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I got that in the mail today too.. It is a very nice invite. I wish I could make it but I will be in Richmond!
No, this event is the weekend following Richmond! I received my invite in the mail today too after sending in my check about a week ago. I agree, very nicely done! Norm
I just sent Dave Born an email. If there is room I will bring my Ferrari down to Baltimore for the event. Hope to see you all soon!! Jon in Delaware
Dave was very quick to return my email. Thanks Dave!!! Well I am pleased to say " I'm In..I'm In...I'm In!!!!!!" See you all soon. Jon in Delaware
None that I'm aware of. If you want to attend the dinner/auction in the old School hall, you'll need to buy a ticket. Other than that, feel free to come by and check the cars out, we'd love to have you. Will
Will, I am sending in my money for this one and will be there, don't know if the wife is coming yet. Sounds like a good time. Robert
I cant believe that you have this event on such a day . Have you no heart for the fellow fchatters? Surely this will be a conflict with some . I think you should protest whoever organized this event.
for those that dont realize what a day of celebration this is for some fchatters. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celebrate_Bisexuality_Day
I take it the pit passes include the luncheon from 3-6pm? $50 PER person I take it? Damn, bringing my gf to these events is getting expensive!!
As co-chairperson of this event I am excited that we have already (150) Pit Passes sold and (45) cars registered. We have a limit of (70) cars and (200) people for the luncheon/awards/auction from 3-6. There is now also a Hospitality Suite in the morning from 9-11 at Vacarros for Pit Pass holders only. The auction is to raise money for The Childrens Guild, a special school for kids with special needs. The club makes nothing but smiles for helping out. Spectators are free. This is going to be cool with closing the Streets of Little Italy for the cars. We also have Italian motorcycles included. If you want to join us, contact me really soon at [email protected]
