I saw a few x rated trailers, is it full of swearing and sexual content?

Before I saw the xxx trailers I saw the pg-13 version and it seems like they had to remake half of the movie because of the content.

 

I saw it this morning. Very good movie. Much better than last weekends choice Hot Rod.

 

Seems like just another teen movie that focuses on sex, sex, sex, and nothing more. That's nice, but's a genre being beat to death.

 

Just got home from seeing it, only the beginning was way funny. I felt the remaining "serious" parts were too acted, fake, cheesy. Would I watch it again? No.

 

I just got back from a 12:10 AM showing which was sold out, along with the 12:50 AM and all I have to say is that it was great. I would definately suggest seeing it.

It's actually very different than most "teen" movies...much more clever.

 

I saw it yesterday. Funny, but not laugh-out hysterical like some of the hype that is going on. Saying F every 5 seconds doesn't offend me but I found it overused. And all the gross-out dialogue that is supposed to shock me and make me laugh, didn't. The 20 year olds behind me laughed at everything, but I guess at 34, shock-value isn't funny to me. I think it's worth seeing, just not as funny as it's being made out to be, certainly not a classic like some reviews have suggested.

 

I really only enjoyed the cops .

The cops and McLovin were definatly the best parts. +10 for a hillarious movie

Funny movie if you went to high school in the last 15 years, otherwise you probably won't get alot of it.

Personally loved it. Sorry for bumping an older thread, but totally worth seeing this movie if you have not already.

 

i didn't like superbad at all. nowhere near as funny as some of the other movies those guys have made, namely the 40 year old virgin. it was more awkward than anything at times

 

I liked it. The cops were hilarious. "I am McLovin"

the writers wrote it when they were 13 years old, and yes it is hilarious.

 

Pretty good movie, but not as good as 40 year old virgin, or Dumb and dumber, or Something about Mary. I think the writers had some good material, but the actors did not make it as funny as it could have been.
