    Rumor has it the 575 is a 6 speed.

    I wouldn't know I have never used that gear. I have trouble getting out of 4th.

    It's time you moved to Europe, my friend! :)

    Also, for highway cruising at 75 MPH 6th is great - brings the Tubi noise down and MPG up in my 550.

    But I'm glad to hear you're enjoying your car!

    6 forward gears & 1 reverse :p

    Yup, mine has 7, 6 foward and 1 reverse, at least it did have yesterday

    how many gears....lets see, 2 gears in the oil pump, plus 2 more in the pump drive, 3 for the cams, 2 for the ring and pinion plus I think 4 in the diff, 2 in the rack and pinion makes it 15 plus a bunch more in the trans :)
