What's up guy's, any of you NY guy's know anything about this car? One owner who traded it in for an F430 with CF race seats and ceramics, 9k miles all put on by him.. Waleed called up and I went down to take a look at it, i'm head over heals for this car more then ever, but I know lots of these car's have stories behind them, although this car is IMMACULATE in every way. Not the factory Italian Insignia (Stripe) and its vinyl..

Martin, you already know how I feel about your car, but you also know my infatuation with 360's, especially the CS. I'm anti-flappy paddle but god that car is drop dead gorgeous and will hold its value. I'd say if you can, go for it Martin.

Can someone please tell me whats so special about this F car with an Italian flag stripe?

This is what I know so far,

    only 300 cars produced

comes only F1 trans .............no stick?
(sounds similar to me when Chevy couldnt sell a hart top Vette, so they gave it 35 more hp and Z06 was born)

Weights a little bit less than a regular 360

What did I miss? not being a wizeass, I just would like to know :)

    Thanks
    -Ed

Much lighter, different suspension, + e-gear+ more HP makes a difference on the track.

Can it take a 997 GT3? I don't have the Nurburgring list handy and I'm too lazy to look for it but are there any times for the CS?

the GDC guys ran a Euro 360 against 3 different stradales and won every time, by a good margin

The 997 GT3 will murder a CS around the Nurburgring, did it in 7:46-7 i believe.. Hell my stock 996 GT2 does it in 7:42, so it's not the speed im after. If I wanted speed I would have my car up to 800 hp and torque, a 996tt with over 1000, a supra, Viper or Z06 with TT's! Fact is I could care less. I want the car because it is the GT car's of Porsche to Ferrari's, such a pure driving experience that only few car's can ever come close to, so exhilarating!

It is the only logical move from my car now into the italian scene, and man ive been itching for one. We'll see, trying to feel the market and do tons of research on PPI's, warranty extensions and so on!

I know it's not the speed or power you're seeking, the CS was built for the track like the GT3 and CSL. I'm sure you're after the driving experience of a well handling car but I was wondering if it out handled the GT3 or even the CSL. I never really heard much about the car. Personally would go for the 997 GT3 but I understand you've had a few nice German whips already and wanna try out something different. Good luck with your find :).
