Anyways, Lohan's bodyguard is in trouble now as well after giving a fake name to a woman he hit, with Lohan also leaving the scene.
Unforunately, I can see Lohan doing the samething Hilton did. Going to jail for a few days, coming out, and saying "I'm changing my ways." Then 2 weeks later, like Paris, she hasn't done ****, and is back out partying. I have a deep respect now for Larry King for exposing the idiot Hilton is, and she can't commit to what she says.

That is B.S. If average Joe Public did this and had the exact same charges there is no way that he would only get 2 days in jail and probation. The sentance would be much longer.
The new question is how long is it before she breaks her three years of probation.

 

What the ****???? If I was found with possession of cocaine, my ass would be in jail for a LONG time. Not 2 days. I can't believe that.

 

She'll screw up again within 6 months. She isn't ready to quit her vices just yet.
