Anyone seen it yet? We know/heard the acting is BAD!!!!! Watch it free http://www.ssupload.com/media-673.html
I thought that the movie was pretty good. Yes the acting was horrible, and there were many innacuracies, but I still found it amuzing. The special features of the making of the movie was pretty interesting, although I was surprised that there was no mention of the Eddie Griffin Enzo crash. I am not too sure if the special features are on the free download that was given above.
yeah i saw it on the internet to... the acting is VERY BAD.. but i just watched it for the cars, the worst part is when the CGT crashes
btw hear is a better link alot better quality the video's are just under the picture http://www.movieforumz.com/showthread.php?t=47207
Horrible. I got 10mins and 07seconds into it and shut it down. I hate Hollywood's depiction of racing and speed. Yuck.
Hollywood? Redline was made buy a guy that went from selling used cars to developing a nice real estate portfolio. He's a guy with more money than common sense who thought it was easy to make a good feature. I applaud him for taking a risk and his desire to share his passion. And while I don't begrudge his success, he's certainly not the brightest spark plug in the motor. He did everything wrong with Redline. Bad script. No star power. Over produced. Heavy production. Poor marketing. No feature distribution. No pre-sale for home video. No International. No music. He's most certainly NOT Hollywood. ...and there's still a "Redline" billboard on the south-bound 405 in Torrance, I believe. He cannot even buy the right outdoor media! The smartest thing he ever did was crash the Enzo. For what it's worth, his latest film project is titled Trainwreck: My Life as an Idiot. I have no idea what it's about.
I was watching the movie with Kevin the other day, and let me tell you, I could not really think of what the plot was....it doesn't really have one! If the movie didn't have cars, it would have NOTHING going for it at all. They are all crap actors....except the movie director guy, I liked him. And I could look at Eddie without a feeling of hate. On another note, I watched "The Notebook" for the first time last night! Now THERE is a movie I highly recommend....just don't watch it with a girl without kleenex!
Move Sucks Balls the guy is doing 200 mph on a turn, dumb asses,no plot. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Acting ability: None. Plot: None. Character Development: None. Cinematography: Halfway decent. As such, it's only worth watching for free, and with the sound off.
what the hell are you guys talking about. This movie was awesome. Imagine how hard it was to get all those really cool cars together. Its so awesome i bought 5 copies including the deluxe edition with deleted scenes. I even sleep with a copy because that way I am sure I will always be able to watch it when i get the desire to. This movie is unbelievable!
As noted by one poster above, that's his gf as a "star" and he is tappin that azz..........but without his Enzo, now. As a Ferrari related aside, no way was that Enzo "Totalled"...severely bent yea, but I think totally repairable.....thoughts? I can't believe I just posted in this thread!!! LOL!
I read somewhere that the guy actually used his own car collection for the 'stars' of the movie. He destroyed his own Carrera GT (and Eddie Griffin apparently took care of his Enzo) for the movie. The movie grossed $6.8 mil at the box office - jeez...
The part where Eddie Griffin introduces the band and the lead girl starts singing something like "I wanna be your car" - easily the most awkward part of the film. She's seriously hot though!
The guys mortgage company went under and i remember reading he had sold his cars and houses to try to save the company..
The movie was great for the cars. The acting was not that bad and I was overall impressed. I would recommend it to any car guy.
