I am in the final stages of selecting a 360. I want a deal finalized in the next two weeks.

I have one that I sorta settled on, a 2001, and came upon a 99 at a good savings.

The ones I am considering are cars between $95K and $125K. I will go up for the right car to $150K. I have decided against the CSs.

Are there others that I might consider?

Thanks in advance for any and all your help.

I would take the 99' at a savings over the 01'. I don't think the upgrades to the F1 happened until 02' so I'm pretty sure the 99' and 01' are basically the same car. I could be wrong, but that is what I remember. Pick the one that is the better overall deal.

Totally agree, save the money IF they are both identical or similar tow hat you truly want, and in condition and get a good warranty!

Upgrading the TCU is only about $2000 so I would save the money now and change the TCU later. You will be way ahead.

99's didn't have pre-cats built into the headers. Better flowing exhaust.

    Thanks Patriek,

I decided that I want a 1999 F1 coupe instead. Everyone knows they're the fastest of the lot.

As an aside and not really to hijack my own thread,

Anyone know how the symbol for the American dollar was derived?

Interpose a "U" with an "S". Then drop off the bottom of the "U" for laziness sake.

    Thats a fact.
