The only way to keep that thing reliable is to keep it on that trailer ;-)

Wonder if a couple Toyota engines would fit... 119.5 wheelbase sure is pretty long though.

    Wait? What am I saying?

Cheap exotic/luxury cars do bad things to my imagination....

Not a bad looking car really. I'd drop a 350 in it.

Toyota Prius engine swap may solve a portion of its problem ;)

The problem of having a 0-60 time of 45 seconds might be bothersome though :D

This car has hydraulic brakes and they are rather expensive to maintain. Perhaps that is why it's on the trailer? Or just ready for delivery! ;)

+1. A/C systems are also incredibly complex, use a sphere with multiple components sealed inside for noise isolation.
Brakes use mineral oil as does the hydraulic suspension.
Great cars though. Engine is pretty bullet proof if maintained with oil changes, doubtful if car abused. Carbs are PITA, but workable.
Sad ends to great cars. I know a one owner LWB I'd give a home, put aftermarket brakes and airbag suspension in it, and drive it. Damn things are silent, built old school. Corniches are steals too unless late model.

Sounds like a good investment then. You could part it out and make a profit!

Looks a lot like the one I've seen at Fry's a few times.
