Who do you guys use for plating. I can't find anything local here in Wisconsin. Is there a place you can mail the parts to, with quick turnaround?

I am really looking at small batches, parts, etc.

    Anyone local?

    Thanks, Bo

I bought the Casell plating kit (much larger). It was fun for a while...but it just isn't worth it. Plating one part here and there is "fun." Trying to plate 10-20 parts is a huge chore. And 50% of the time it turns out poorly, and has to be redone. Its a helluva lot more work than I realized....sigh.

    The novelty has worn off...

There's a good reason shops stay in business. People with no experience and cheap equipment can't expect great results.

Unfortunately I don't know any places in that area, but plating shops shouldn't be too hard to find.

Try looking in Hemmings. That thing is loaded with places that do it.
