Nice 412i on ebay

looks very clean...wonder what the reserve is?

 

Noticed with this model line that the elec. ignition unit was no longer mounted to the underside of the bonnet---was the same module located in a different spot (where?) or a different unit altogether?

 

The microplex unit is installed under the dash at the extreme left.

 

That is a nice 412. I wouldn't mind taking a look at it, and it is only about 3 hours north of me. I'll have to monitor the auction.

 

If I'm not mistaken, this car has been owned for a very long time by one of the nicest couples ever to chair FCA events in the Atlanta are (or anywhere else, for that matter.) I remember seeing this car about ten years ago and it is (was) immaculate. This car is a cherished example... I'm absolutely sure that that car's gotten everything it's ever needed to stay straight.

I wish I could pull the trigger...

That car is in great shape. If the reserve is anywhere close to that it's definetly a great deal

 

It looks pretty clean. Sent them a message via ebay, hopefully they will give me the opportunity to take a peek this week.

That's a deal, IMHO! Knowing what it takes to "sort" these cars, as a new purchase especially, this was below market for a car in this condition.

That said, a car is worth what someone will pay for it...

In addition to the way the ad was written the tri-color interior of brown, tan, and black isn't helping the sale of this car any.
