Waterco pool pumps = crap service.

After having my Waterco pool pump rebuilt 3 times in the 2 year warranty period, it is now leaking - probably because it has been apart 3 times!

And, as it is now 2 years and 10 months old, i have been told to go away.

I have NEVER dealt with ruder people than the ones that work for Waterco.

( Yes, I know, nothing to do with Ferrari, but I just had to get this off my chest)

 

some on here would say you need to post on www.poolpumpchat.com , and not fill this site with such filth .

then again , you're part of the in crowd , so nothing while transpire .

 

I can stay off topic as well as the next guy.

 

Jon, you should give my old man a call and trade stories....hes had more pool pumps **** themselves than hes had hot dinners....and he loves his hot dinners

 

this is not that cartridge type filter they sell is it ?

 

I've heard the seals from a 308 and F40 can be used in that pump

Ok its out of warranty now, but no need to be told to "go away", LONG way to go with customer service in Australia, company like this in USA would be broke and closed soon enough.

Simple, open a claim at VCAT, you simply need to state, yes its out of the warranty period, but has NOT been fixed proper during 1 of its 3 visits during the said 2 year warranty period.The look on Wateco's face when they recieve the said claim in the mail....PRICELESS

I urge you to open a case with VCAT, you have a 75% chance of getting some compensation only $34.20, just opened one myself today, yeap on the war path again, will be standing by to recieving a "lets settle this beforehand letter" some time soon!
