Any Singapore Ferrari owners?

met a metallic dark blue g *34* at millennia tower yesterday. have seen plenty in yellow, orange, black, white, silver, green, grey but not blue, yet. is that an original l-car color?

Yeah fired her ass for treason . Anyway life is slowly beginning to look alot like christmas, so wanna enjoy for at least the next 5 yrs.

 

I know I had a problem with "melting" or deterioirating rubber on my old Maserati (thankfully not on the F430 yet), but I saw this posting for a quick fix in the 360/430 section in case some of you missed it.

Thanks any idea where we can find that solution locally? I know where to get Benzene @ $10?/bottle & it cleans most things, never tried that on cars but the smell..... I think the black plastic on Gallardos will have the same problem later (age/UV exposure) as they seem to have the same coating which keeps the surface smooth & matt. How about simple alcohol/spirit?

 

you can get isopropyl alcohol 70% from guardian pharmacy. but personally, i prefer to schmooze some young nurses, and get it free, the alcohol that is.

Not sure RHD or LHD, it was a distance away. Red with stripes and copper-ish color rims. Who do you think got it? Parrallel imported or from HSM? here is a good question..... Who has the highest priority on the Ferrari list in Singapore?

Jon you took the words out of my mouth coz I'd rekon it's LHD.

I'd be amazed if HSM had a delivery 430S already - I would imagine it is a show car making a world tour for the VVIP's to caress. I'm sure someone around here knows the real story.

no lah, 430S not sold deleivered to anybody yet....prob u saw the LHD version doing its round.

Now, as an "angmo" living & owning few Ferraris in Asia, what is your opinion on costs of ownership as compared to US/EU?

 

HAHA well I dont think I really qualify to answer that as I've only ever owned Ferrari's in Asia thus have nothing to compare the experience with. That being said (and this may sound strange), although I'd buy a Ferrari in Singapore, I doubt that I'd ever buy one back home in Australia.
