Yup it's Higway 70 along the Feather River. It's really beautiful in fall. If you've never drivin it it's a must. Rich gold mining history all through there. I've personally pulled a lot of gold out of that river. Bring a fishing pole. :) Google Feather River Canyon for more beautiful pictures.

Tubing down the Sac River! One tube for yourself and the other tube for the cooler.

Pioneer days and then Rancho Chico Days. Those were some great riots!

the Pioneer Days "riot" wasnt one until the bus load of cops showed up. It was just a great party at 5th and Ivy.

LOOOOOONG story behind that one. Big party planned at the fairgrounds, we had rented all the busses in town to transport people out there so no one had to drive drunk, then at the last minute the city said we didnt have the right permits...after we has asked if we needed any other permits to make it all happen.

The city was told people were going to show up whether they had a place to party or not. Bad scene all around.

Someone I know, I know him VERY well, may or may not have had a hand in carrying a couch out to the bonfire in the middle of 5th street. I can not confirm or deny any such occurrence. :D
