So, the sun is out in San Francisco...the sun livens my spirit, and I get the "need for speed." I decided to saddle up Madellena (my Ferrari 328 GTS) for a quick Milk Run through San Francisco, 5-September-07.

We had lots of fun driving through the Broadway Tunnel -- man, I love her voice! We then drove through Northbeach and Chestnut Street. I decided to drive up to Union Street, and...well...the picture below says it all. Damn those hot blondes in their summer dresses -- getting me all hot and bothered while I'm drivin'!

San Francisco Police Department still rocks -- they are the best, and I have no complaints about them -- the SFPD officer, citing me, was really cool and chuckled at me, while people were taking pictures. He asked, "Does this happen all the time?" I responded, "What...the pictures or the tickets?"

Pedestrian, James Tolley, with his baby across the street, called for my attention as he snapped away -- a few other pedestrians and driver-bys were snapping away on their camera phones -- I busted up! ;-)

Hell, it didn't bring me down, because I'm driving a Ferrari on a beautiful sunny San Francisco day -- it takes a lot more than a ticket to get me down when the sun is out in San Francisco! ;-)

I always tell people to Check 6, which is a Fighter Pilot's term to watch your back for bogeys. I was checkin' 2, which was the direction of this hot blonde chick in a summer dress, and I was showin' off. I didn't Check 6 on this one, and I got nailed -- car looks good -- yes?

    Check 6.

That's a cool pic Alfonso. That's the right attitude. You're a driving a Ferrari and he's on his moto having to work in that cop suit. :D LOL Classic. Gees, it's that sunny in SF. I'll be there in the city tonight.

Thanks, Drew. Great to have met you last weekend. Now, I have a face with the call sign. Have fun in the city tonight. Yes, it's hot -- my kind of weather. Drive safe and check 6.

Hey Alfonso, I guess it's a bad idea to check 2 when the cop behind you is checking 12. :)

See, you should have been at BMC checking over your new Lamborghini.

    Hi, RedBarchetta.

Yes, I really love the Palmetto art deco backdrop. I still laugh at this whole incident. It's so funny to me!

Yes, you are so correct -- he was checking 12, and I was at 2. What a friggin' mess?! I should have gone to BMC to talk with SuperVixen about that Lambo. ;-)

Be careful if you drive today -- Lambos are on the special menu today. ;-)

    Check 6.

    Hi, FinancialMan.

Thanks for the LIDAR heads-up; that's great that you are driving both the 360 and 355 -- great day and place to be in an exotic car. I will see you at Check Point Charlie on Friday, 7-September-07, for lunch.

    Check 6.

    Hi, FrankyFerrari!

I enjoyed meeting you and your F430 last weekend and having lunch with you at Alice's. You are a pretty funny guy, and it's always good for me to bust a gut through laughing -- I don't get a chance to laugh all that much at work -- you know the way it is...being in the same industry and all.

Working out the details for the next SF Exotic Car Dinner and SF Milk Run. I will keep you posted, and I hope to see you before then.

    Check 6.

    Hi, phdev.

The SFPD officer was really cool. Like I mentioned in this thread, all my experiences, thus far, with SFPD, have been positive -- whether I've been against them, like the picture herein, or with them -- like the past SF Exotic Dinner and SF Milk Run I had in August 2007. They have always been friendly and cordial with me -- regardless of the infraction/violation.

    Check 6.

    /s/ Alfonso
