Anyone going to SEMA in Vegas this year? I will be going...

Me, Shiv, Ortiz, Ferretti, Joey (maybe).

Staying at Bellagio.

 

The FLD should have at least some form of representation there- so me + 1 or 2.. Matt NYMC should be in too..


Belagio? Wouldn't Palms be more fun for Halloween? Have you guys booked yet?

 

If anyone wants to share a room and split cost I am down. Matt F? Joey, want to share a room, just like Atlantic City lol no more photos of me sleeping though lol

 

everyone but joey has a room at Bellagio with us. I just talked to joey last night about it. Not sure if he will go.

I haven't thought about it before but I'd be interested in going. Evan talk me online about cost, I'm not baller enough to say yes until I see some ballpark figures, lol

 

It's an industry event, so getting passes is not as straight forward as you'd like it to be...

 

agreed, last year it was tough and I heard this year its even harder. Plus its 21 plus for the parties unless you have emil sneak you up in an elevator

P.S. if enough of us are going anyone want to get a private plane. We checked the rates and its not really super crazy.....Ortiz checked the rates about a year ago and its pretty reasonable compared to a first/full fare coach ticket.

Still not 100% sure if I am going this year or not. I might have to work in our Miami showroom to help out instead.

Those of you that are not in the industry are going to have a hard time getting in. Last year I pratically had to give a semen sample to get my passes. They are cracking down big time (as they should). It's not meant for the public -- it is a B2B event. No offense to anyone but you can always tell who is there for business and who is there as a "gawker". They ask the stupid questions, waste your time and take a thousand pictures. Booth space at SEMA is very expensive and we try to maximize the 4 short days of the show to procure more business. I don't want to waste my time dealing with guys that are just looking or checking stuff out. I don't need to make anymore friends -- I want business contacts that will put $$$ in my pocket!!!

Anywho -- if you do go - HAVE FUN as it is a crazy week to be in Vegas (Halloween combined with SEMA). Though I do warn those of you that haven't been there before. The town is a TOTAL sausage factory that whole week.

I'm going...I would be down to get a private jet if the cost is right! Me and my business partner are going and maybe one of our guys. It depends on how busy we get.

I already booked a flight and hotel but, I can always get a voucher or something for the airfare.
