Now you have an employee that "ran" a Multi Million Dollar race team and you got a 100 Million dollar fine. What would you do? 1) give him a raise 2) give him his walking papers 3) give hime a book deal? 4) OOps
If I were Mercedes I would insist on a whole new management team and If I didn't get it I would find another team to sponsor. It's not just the $100m, it's the loss of monies from constructors points and the complete loss of integrity which Dennis the Menace and Mercedes repeadly (ad nauseum) claimed the team had. Dennis the Menace et al have to go.

Well of course he will be out of there... but I think what he is asking is since this is mostly his fault, what responsibility does he have towards that $100m fine. Can the team sue him for his personal money because of actions he made that led to this?
Who does he actually answer to? Marcedes? I'd love to see the MB lump in a Williams. Eddie Jordan could broker the deal for the McLaren travel rig.
