I hope that Pap had a great time. I'm sure he will always remember this trip to the 'states.'
so pap you said you where going to make a video, did you break a promise ? lets see some picture's of pap
That was a great party. Thanks guys for putting it on. A stage flanked with Ferraris, now that's class. I finally got to meet the world famous PAP. Big Dude!!! I'm big, but Pappy is bigger than life!!!. And he used to play rugby. I will not complain anymore about fitting in my 348, if Pap can get in and have fun with his. Class dude, took time to say hello to everyone. He had nothing but good things to say about our country and the time he spent here. Was a total gentleman with Sylvia, his latest fan. Pap is a good man. I was disappointed he wasn't in his usual sandals and shorts. He was all duded up in white shoes and long pants, but hey, it was a banquet. Tarek, you are right about the pics. But let's not go that far about Pap. I think you might have been out in that desert sun a little too long...
Well we had a good time, Morgan enjoyed Pap autographing her shirt Hopefully some of those photos will make the rounds...
Nice to see you guys... And gals. I was observing the action... And it looked like you all were having fun. Somebody said that Ferris Bueller was going to be there. What happened?
Thanks guys and the organisers, I had a great time, I met a great bunch of guys. My trip was well worth it
http://www.frank4cars.fotki.com/other-events/2007-socal-f-chat-awards/ If anyone sees a photo or two that they'd rather not have posted, PM me and I'll pull it ASAP. Thanks again to everyone who helped make this a special night. And thanks to those of you who "babysat" my camera and snapped a few shots from your own perspective. Someone seems to have really had a thing for a few of the ladies that showed.
Note skid marks on the wrong side of the double yellow. This is the sort of driving that gives our car runs a bad name, endangers cyclists, hikers, and other motorists. Luckily there were not any injuries. As an emergency physician, I too often see the sad results of this sort of driving I have a couple recommendations though: Take driving lessons Take it to the track if you want to learn about proper corner entry and exit
VCR at Mulholland and Valley CircleSunday morning. I'm sure from there we will drive over to Malibu. Moonshadows is great fun on Sundays. Possible open seat in my F430. I heard you like to drive and are good at it, so maybe I'll ride shotgun
Had a blast with everyone!! Thumbs up for all the hard work put into the party. Too bad the Lambo had a bad day Sunday. I know those roads from motorcycling and they are not a "track" it was unfortunate but I am glad no one was hurt. Hope to see you all soon!! Jeff
Thanks for all the kind words, it makes all the hard work worth. Also, thanks for all the suggestions on how to make the next one better. It was also great meeting so many new people and putting the faces with the names.
Are you kidding me? best event ever! hopefully that event will spill over to our attendance of our cultural society night. lee
Thats cool! What time is the tick off? Are we going to have a bite to eat and cup of coffee in Malibu after? And thanks for your kind offer! I wouldn't even dream of asking you guys to drive your expensive cars, but now after driven TT Gallardo that Wayne kindly insisted on me driving it - I feel so brave! I would love to be your co-pilot andmaybe a driver for a little bit too! You guys are rock!
+1 That guy could have killed SEVERAL innocent people. Guys like that think they're fast....until they go to a track and get passed "spanked" by a experienced guy in a 914 porsche. Guys like that think they're better drivers than they really are (SADLY).
gurr i shold of stayed late!...see what i miss LOL http://www.frank4cars.fotki.com/other-events/2007-socal-f-chat-awards/img5058.html
