Either 125 or 160 F8.0 in that shot ISO 200... It's not recommended to attempt to drive, and take photos at the same time ;)

    More shots?
Truly, there weren't enough.... Always high hopes, and I always talk just far too much :(

What a magnificent day. Perfect weather. Excellent grouping of cars. The gas station patrons were going nuts over the group that pulled in to fill up before we went to the concourso. Camera phones galore-many happy people just enjoying the Italian iron. The show was spectacular with some VERY serious iron present. The best part? The enthusiasts!! Each and every person I spoke with was excited just to be there. No nonsense-merely people enjoying the views, the conversations were sincere, nonarguementative, with no one attempting to prove themselves with selfless proclamations of expertise. Simply respectful of each other and their rides. What a breath of fresh air. ahhh. Wish you could've been there Jas!

I love the pictures with the 288 GTO and F40. The 288 GTO is one of my favorite F cars.

Really great pictures everyone! It is indeed an awesome car!!
There were a couple of yellow F40's made, weren't there?
If any of you have pics of those I'd be really grateful! =)

To the best of my knowledge all F40s originally left the Ferrari factory painted red. Check out the link I posted above, there are yellow F40 photos in that thread.

I did this photo 23 July 2003 at the Nürburgring. It is COPYRIGHT Marcel Massini.
The blue F40 is #89249, the 288 GTO behind is #55675, the silvergrey 250 GT SWB California Spider is #2891 GT and the black Daytona Spider is #14425.

You really should watermark your photos... it is not hard... batch files do it decently, and VERY easy. Cool set of cars to see for sure!

    Marcel,

Thanks for clarifying. The GTO # 55675 is the car delivered to Van de Meene?

Yes, correct. He got it 25 May 1985 from Kroymans. Please note that at the time of the photo it was no longer owned by him.

Thanks! I had heard about none leaving the factory in giallo, didn't wether it was true or not, but I had no idea they were all red! So that black one, the blue one and all the other none-red ones around the world were all aftermarket painted? Nice to see that the owners don't feel stuck to the same color only because of the color(considering there certainly was a price decrease because of the modification). The way I see it, those are the true lovers of Ferrari.
Thanks for the facts and for the link!
