Very Cool. Wish I had this a month ago when I finalized my order.

BTW - Thanks to all who helped with advice on options.

I wish the configurator had the option of black wheels or dark grey wheels :(. Maybe when the 430 Scuderia is added.

But you do know that you can order anything you want, right?

Try to build this car using the car configurator... it's impossible. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=150430

Mike, you have a good eye. Imagine this combination for my Scuderia.
Exterior color: Grigio Silverstone or a similar color
    Yellow calipers
    Ofcourse the yellow Scuderia shields
    Yellow rev. counter
Interior: Seat's center piece in yellow two-layer fabric
Yellow double stitching for dash and seats
    Wheels: Black or dark grey

    What do you think?

I will also appreciate all opinions. Thanks.

Yeah, ofcourse.....you can have the complete car customized outside Ferrari's standard color range.

That 599 looks incredible. It's the prettiest 599 I've ever seen.

I'm having a real hard time picturing the yellow on the seats. Since it's a different type of seat I'm not sure exactly how it would look. If the material is similar to Jim's car then it would be yellow under black mesh and the black will help to tone down the yellow. I think it might look good like that. If it's solid yellow without the black mesh on top, then I think it would be too much.
You're right... I wish they had the Scuderia on the site! :)

The seat material on the Scuderia is the same as on Jim's car.

Below are all the color options:

I think it would look good.
I'm not too crazy about yellow though. :)

I'm not crazy about yellow in the interior either....just trying to find an adequate solution :(.

Maybe the same exterior color, Grigio Silverstone or similar, black wheels, but the calipers in aluminium grey and the interior in the two-layer grey fabric with light grey stitching.

That would look better IMO. I'm assuming the "Black Technical Fabric" is the stuff on the rear wall. Is that correct? If so, it looks more like grey so the grey seats would match. I think a black & grey interior would look real good.

Aren't you getting tired of Grigio Silverstone though? Haven't you already had two? :)

How are you guys saving the pictures without the configuration screen borders? When I right-click the image I don't get a "save picture" option.

You have to use the "print screen" button on your keyboard. Then paste it to a editing program like "Paint". After that you'll have to crop the image.

No, the black technical fabric can also be used on the seats and parts of the dash. Have a look at the picture below.

I've had two F430's in Grigio Silverstone, but I love the color. I can't get the Scuderia in white and I can't in red. I just love these metallic grey colors. I am receiving true samples of six different grey colors Ferrari now has available and I might find a second grey color which I like.
