Was looking @ Leisure farm, easy access but I really want the hill area opp Danga Bay. One of the best area in JB but land is scarce as most are owned by the Sultan. My friend is building a community of bungalows there. Gated with gurkhas, private pool, roof terrace, lifts etc. & all sea-view! Going to cost a lot even by Sg standard but driving thru the causeway is a big pain.
Actually the earlier the better, then can get it out of the way. I'm sure he's busy, but not sure what with (probably chick-related).
