Terry and Linda need to drag that spoiled little bastard down to the recruiter’s office; the Marine Corps now has a void in their billet, thanks to him.

Latest local update has the Hogan's firing their defense attorney, or at least he is not representing them anymore. Maybe he told them the kid is going to be wearing a orange jump suit and they didn't like hearing that. The attorney's name is Barry Cohen. They need to hire what's left of OJ's dream team.

Also the cops have not charged Nick yet. Seems strange.

Nick claims his passenger will be fine. "He just hit his head". A master of understatement.

Unbelievable.....the passenger has been in a coma for weeks and...."he just hit his head"....almost as if he had accidentally scratched himself shaving?

I hope they throw the "book" at the kid. The enabling by the parent's [and their response to this accident] is beyond anything i've seen before. Nick's parents and family have spent more time referencing Nick and his circumstances than commenting on the welfare of Graziano - it's absolutely appalling. Nick has had more than enough chances to pay attention to the law; he's arrogantly ignored it time and time again and further bragged about the circumstances in retrospect. If Graziano's family does anything or any benefit comes from the accident, I hope it [financially] significantly impacts the Hogans. I certainly don't wish anyone ill-will, but this is a clear case of enabling and they should be held equally responsible. If anything seems to be important to the Hogans, it appears to certainly be money. It's a Sad state of affairs when Graziano is still in a coma and the Hogan family is busy finding attorneys to represent them. They should have thought about it before they cut their 16 or 17 year old son loose in a 500+ HP automobile. It's so transparent.....

From what I read it sounded like the coma was induced. Why? How bad was his head injury? Nick made it sound like a precaution and he has been in the "coma" while the effects of the medicine wear off. Does it really take that long to wake someone from and induced coma if they are "recovered" from the head injury???

Time will tell. Nick Hogan should get a lifetime bus pass for this episode. I doubt the injuries are slight.

On the plus side.....how many of you have bought Brooke Hogan's newest CD? Anyone seen the video on MTV lately?

Nick might have just punted his "race car driver" career away.... and his sister's move to Miami (to become a pop star) might be coming to an end? .... But I think this family should get Brooke into wrestling (7 foot tall Brittney Spears) and Nick could be her pimped-out manager. WWF here we come....

Not a good year for the Hogans. The wife moved out, Nick ruinined someones life, and Brookes career bombed.

My friend lives 2 doors down from the Bolleas and I was at his house(The clearwater place) this morning because I stayed the night there. There is a private neighborhood dock on there property and we went out on it this moring and saw Linda(wife) and some of their animals. My friend and I talked to her for a little bit as well(not about the crash), she is a very nice lady. She has not moved out.

Here is the latest update from today's paper...

"The young Marine severely injured in a car accident involving Hulk Hogan's son will need lifelong care and at best will only be able to open and close his eyes periodically, according to court documents. John Graziano, 22, was the passenger in a yellow Toyota Supra driven by Nick Bolla, 17 when it crashed in Clearwater on Aug 26. According to court documents Graziano was not wearing a seat belt. A Sept 19 report filed by registered nurse Joanne Jones said: He was on total life support; he responds to a pinch and has a gag reflex but does not otherwise respond to touch or sound; his pupils are fixed, meaning they don't respond to light; the wreck broke his skill at the base; he had part of his skull cut out and experienced brain swelling. In an addendum to her report, Jones said Graziano's doctor, H. Bushnell Clark, told her that he will at best "open his eyes on and off". He states that this young man most likely will spend the remainder of his life in a nursing home."

    Nice work Nick.

I was very much afraid of this when no news was forthcoming for so long.

BTW, maybe a repost, but another one of these happened in California late last night or early this morning.

Mother and 2 small daughters trapped in their car & incinerated on the scene, one of the two drivers who were racing is hospitalized, the other driver was still not in custody at the last report.

One of the cars appeared to be a red MB SL, the other a pickup.

I guess there is just no comment adequate for this kind of preventable tragedy.
