I have been watching the Bullrun on Starhub FX channel 87. Great series. The episode last week had a Lambo M running at 182mph in a race with a decommissioned ex-Thunderbird F5 fighter jet! Great shots of the jet flying way low in line with the Lambo along the highway. Then there is the Japanese rock star in a F355, a Rolls royce, BMW M5 painted like a german Polizei car, complete with flashing lights and sirens, 360 spider, etc. Also showed the racers trying to outrun the california highway police by taking different routes and exceeding the speed limit every chance they get. Great program. Its being shown in 1 hour episodes.
Sounds good! Too bad I don't have time to watch or even subscribe to Starhub. Btw, which is better? Singtel, SCV or starhub & which one offers National Geo, F1 etc as well?

In January, I went out and bought a samsung side by side, its LCD panel has failed for the 3rd or 4th time and frozen over all my food in a space of seven months. I have gotten the technician to come and look at it and Samsung SG has told him it will take him another 2-4weeks to get the part in. Following that, my fridge will have to be emptied out for a day while they repair the part. I have been calling Samsung Customer Service everyday in hope of talking to someone with regards to what is an obviously flawed product that they have. However, everytime I called, I have been told that a manager will call me back. Its been 4 working days and I have heard from zip/nill. At this rate, all the call centre staff members will soon know my by my first name and colorful language. I have gotten the service centre address and I am tempted to go there tmw am. If only I could load the fridge into my wagon and drive it there too. I am not expecting US standards customer service and consumer rights, but having to wait to no avail for 4 days for a customer service manager to call me back is downright 3rd world. Welcome to Singapore, the land of first world prices and third world service.
