    Just to say thankyou to Steve W and Simon at S+S for doing the brakes and repainting the Plenum on my 308 .

    The car was pulling to the right under heavy braking , Steve diagnosed it as the old original brake hoses flexing and reccomended fitting new braded hoses and some decent fast road pads.
    Popped in this afternoon and took the car out for a spin , wow, the car now stops on a sixpence and in a straight line , Cheers old shoe

    The difference the painted plenum has made aswell is fantastic , it really finishes off the engine bay , before and after photo's below

    Looks great, I will get my plenum done soon. Steve W how hard is it to remove, I am a bit concerned about some spacers which are prone to falling into the intake (from what I have heard on here). I was looking at removing the intakes and plenum as one piece and then taking the plenum off.

    Its the first time I have seen a chromed header tank and air filter box.

    they are not chrome its a new ZYMOL polish that makes them look to have a chrome finish

    It's not difficult Pete.There are 8 nuts holding the Plenum on, the 4 outboard ones are pretty easy to access the 4 inner ones are more fiddley.There are 8 spacers that locate over the studs and rubber gasket, you sholdn't have any problems with them, just take care.

    I wouldn't try and remove the intake and plenum (not sure if you could) as one unit I would deffo removethe plenum first.
