I am selling off some very rare 1/18 Ferraris on eBay. Lots of Standox and hard to find models. Have a look! Thanks!!!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=160154764336&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=006
I have every one of the models that I've posted. Usually I post the ebay picture after I've purchased it. Check out my user name...judyeb. I'm been too lazy to photograph everything else..cast iron, slush, tin, all the white metal and resin models that my son & I have built, etc. Ebay only keeps about 20 pages under the items that I've won section. I've always loved the Tron model pictured. I bought one a couple of years ago...so its picture is no longer available in my ebay profile. I still own that model. I lifted a picture off ebay today so that I could post a picture of it. Sweet dreams Christian.
this is mine . you are right . takes a lot of time to take pics of all . I do it one time a year . you can see more pics on miniwerks forum . same username Image Unavailable, Please Login
That's beautiful...especially with the engine...I have a few other Trons (built and unbuilt). The second favorite that I own is a Lancia Flaminia Pininfarina coupe #8. Sorry no pic....Jordan
This is very rare! A feeling 43 ferrari 375 King Leopold 1954 in 1:43. Super High detailkit in 1:43. (paperclip is regular size). 1 problem: I can't build it! (not to the proper level of quality). Bought it the way it is, half built. Anybody interested? P.M. me.... It needs proper finishing. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

I have one. Years ago in a shop in ILL, Which was dealing mainly with nascar and dragsters diecast they received by mistake a whole box of 1:43 minichamps Michael Schumacher Bennetons with beer advertising on the sides. Story I've heard is that they were wrong and altho it said on the box that there are 1995 pieces made, there were a lot less. Either way they were not supposed to be even seen in USA but as I said this guys had them shipped by mistake. LUCKY ME I happen to be in his shop when he received them. I think they were 12 in a box and I bought all of them at $20 each! I kept two of them and the other ten I traded to a guy I new in another shop. I don't remember exactly but I think he gave me two or tree Minichamps Ferrari or ART Ferrari models for each of the Bennetons. STUPID ME, went and traded one of the two I had left at a "strictly43" show for a handmade ' 71 F1 Ferrari (I don't remember anymore who was the company), which I lost during moving(DUHHHH) and a Mythos like the one you have. Well, it is all water under the bridge now and what I have to say to make myself feel good, is that at least I still have one of the Bennetons and the Revell Mythos. By the way this model is the only way you can see that the front actually opens and how it is done. I have a whole book about the Mythos and there isn't a single picture of the front opened. What I can still not get over, id that in 2001 at the Indy GP a Benneton like the ones I am talking about was sold (to some lunatic IMHO) for $900. And I ahd 12 at $20 each. Oh, well I still love my collection.............
Over here not rare at all massproduced and no value than more tha a few dollars. I sold one a few years back for a few euro's Minichamps 1:43 of the same era are worth much more (with box in good condition) (mythos is based on a testarossa)
Nowadays you can get at least $50 for that Mythos. That is why I am soooo mad at myself for the stupid trade I made years ago. But hey, if any of us knew we wouldn't have destroyed all of our original Star Wars stuff. They are worth some pretty penny now.
The mythos was made by revell in 1:18 and 1:43. They were produced in very large numbers. The 1:43 (don't know about the 1:18) made a nice set with Herpa ferrari's of the same era. (around 1994/95). Doors, front and rear open up. In Holland and Germany, the market was flooded, you can get one for $10,- on regional auctionsites. (its not really special). Don't know about distribution on the rest of the world. I can see if I can find them, if someone is interested. Won't be problem I think...
Yea a Revell I don't really care much for the 1/18 collection i have but i do have a favorite. Its a 512BB that has propper material on both carpet and seats. Its a very detailed 1/18 model and even has working pop up head lights. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ok then here's a very rare one that i am currently working on. It will be a rare girl when complete Its the 1/12 512 NART Le mans. Also here here is probably a forum first (well from any searchers that i have done) It is a few pictures of my reasonably rare model of the 1950s ARNO X1 Ferrari Hydroplane water speed record setter. The engine is a Ferrari V12 with twin superchargers. Enzo sent over his best engineers to build and install the super charged engine. This model is made from separate planks of wood with individual nails, and was very expensive. There are lesser models out there of this boat but this one is one of the best. The model is 36in long and 15in wide. I have a project in mind, and that's to fit a model of the Supercharged V12 engine into the front of it. They can be bought from certain model companies.
