What's the deal with Zonda's in the US?

I've seen 3 different times posted on other sites but no one has confirmed it yet. It could be they changed tires each time but still no confirmation. I know it is faster than the CGT’s time, if I here anything I'll post it.

 

E’ stato fotografato un prototipo di una Pagani Zonda durante un test. La vettura presenta allargamenti all’anteriore, con spoiler inferiore più grande, nuovi scarichi maggiorati ed una presa dinamica sporgente per il motore. Per il resto si tratta di una Zonda F, come si nota dalla forma degli specchietti e dai fari posteriori. La presenza, nelle foto, di un prototipo della nuova Mercedes SL, forse AMG, potrebbe far pensare ad un muletto per i test del nuovo motore da 750Cv della futura Zonda R.
Del resto le modifiche visibili, meno estreme rispetto alla R, potrebbero preludere ad una versione speciale a tiratura limitata della già esclusivissima Zonda F. In ogni caso siamo in attesa di una novità in casa Pagani, che non mancherà di riempire queste pagine prossimamente. Sul sito ufficiale Pagani è confermato il debutto ufficiale della Zonda R al salone di Ginevra, nel Marzo del 2008.

Horacio Pagani was there and said the Zonda F did 7:28 on the Ring a few days ago. ,)

 

Is there any more info/links for the 'ring time? Haven't been able to find anything other than whats here on the web.

Speaking about the time at the Ring, yes... A new record has been set.
The Carrera GT is now history.
And what a time....................!

One thing for sure... The Zonda F Clubsport is the ultimate benchmark for supercars.

 

"A Pagani Zonda prototype has been spotted during a test. The car has a wider front, with a bigger front spoiler, new bigger exhaust system and a dynamic air intake to feed the engine. About the remaining things, it appears to be a normal Zonda F, as you can notice from the mirrors and the rear lights. The fact that also a MB SL prototype is in the picture, makes us think about a mule for the new 750 HP engine of the Zonda R.
Infact the visible mods, less extreme than those on the R, make us think that there might be a special limited version of the already ultra exclusive Zonda F. Anyway, we're expecting something new coming from Pagani, which surely will fill these pages soon. On Pagani's official website the official debut of the Zonda R for Geneva 2008 has been confirmed".

If you don't mind me asking, how do you know what the time is? I understand from you posts that you are a major fan of the car, been to the factory, driven an F etc etc. But if the time is supposed to be a secret (I'm assuming it is, otherwise it probably would have been published somewhere) how is it that you know what it is?
