Generally I don't like the lighter colours on the 599 but those photos look amazing particularly those taken in the twilight/dawn type of light. Not so sure how it would look when the sun really shines ?????

Mercedes have an almost identical color called Diamond Silver. Very pretty - but pretty is the operative word. It's a Girlie color and looks very nice on Girlie cars like SL's.
599s need bold dark colors like BLACK or POZZI BLUE or CANNA DE FUCILE, an old but stunningly malevolent Ferrari color

Just about the nicest shots of the 599 I've seen thus far.

Hey now.. I have an 07 SLK in Diamond Silver Metallic... a "girlie" color on a "girlie" car.... ? :(

Maybe I should keep the SLK parked at home, and just come out in my Pontiac...

Seriously though, I'm really enjoying my SLK, but I can hardly wait till I actually get my first Ferrari..

As for the color: it looks blue on cloudy days, gray on some normal days, and sometimes silver too.

I'm a big fan of Canna di Fucile .... I wouldn't necessarily call it a bold color, as I think it is a sophisticated color revealing many changes depending on ambient light conditions ... I think it would make a perfect F599 color though ... however, it definitely is a bold *decision* to go with that color....
