The Toys For Tots Rally - November 3rd, 2007

TOYS ARE TO BE COLLECTED AT THE EVENT

On November 3rd (Rain Date November 4th), another one of largest exotic car events in the tri-state will commence for the sole purposes of raising toys for children. This event will be starting in Long Island @ Americana Manhasset. You can visit their website at:

With all the beautiful shops and a huge open parking lot, what more can you ask for? The route will NOT be released until the day of the event but I will tell you that the event will be heading to New Jersey.

The plan for this event is to meet at the Americana and have the participants register and check-in with their toys for the children. After registering, the cars will be off to New Jersey for a great drive and wonderful lunch. We are currently working to have The Marine Corp at the lunch destination with a huge display to collect all the toys at the restaurant. This event is sure to be a blast. If you went to the Poker Run that I threw a few months ago, you know how well these go off.

Now some people are going to ask why are we doing this? Well as stated above, this event is made to have a bunch of fun and also help out the Toys for Tots Organization. This year millions of kids will not be able to have toys for Christmas and that is just not fair to them. Through this rally, we hope to deliver a shiny new toy at Christmas, to as many children as we can.

THIS IS OPEN TO ALL SPORTS CAR OWNERS!!!!! ALL COMMON MAKES WILL BE REPRESENTED FROM VIPERS, BMWs, & FERRARIS, to LAMBORGHINIS, & PORSCHES!!!

In order for this to be successful, I unfortunately must limit this event to the first 125 cars to RSVP. We will accept donations from ANYONE but for the sake of the final lunch destination, they can not accept more than 125 cars. RSVP's must be received by HALLOWEEN (October 31st) in order to facilitate this event.

When you sign up, tell me your name, user id, car that you will be bringing, and if you can attend the rain date if necessary.

There are going to be from New Jersey. I am currently in contact with the Marine Corp to work out all exact details but from what I heard they get "wish lists" from needy kids and they try to fullfill an item off the list for Christmas.
