Full event price will be $450 included will be a tax deductable receipt.
(additional person for dinner, spa/golf, and breakfast will be $175)

Normal hotel room alone is $379/night.

Anyone interested in the driving and wanting to find their own accommodation's will only be required to make a $100 per car donation.

Its a great weekend get away for a great cause. Hershey is roughly 180 miles from NYC promising a very scenic drive through the hills of PA.
Event Sponsors are the only reason I am able to offer everyone such a good package rate, I would like to see between 30-50 cars.

When do you need to know by? I might be at the Borgata for Tiesto that weekend (still up in the air.)

 

the sooner the better. I've been planning this for a bunch of rooms are already spoken for. There are 24 left as of this morning.
