Like the part where it sez car is appraised for 300k (willing to let it go to you my friend for 250k ) but may appreciate over time. Yes and I may win the lottery which will be equally astronomical since I don't play, but hey, who knows ? I hate the new small headlight look. It makes the car look like Milhouse on the Simpsons

never saw this car around town- and you see lots of Phantoms in Vegas- wonder what Vegas celebrity built this- Wayne Newton maybe? Anyone know?
Because the owner wanted a Rolls like no one else had? Its all part of the car hobby personalizing the car to something you like and so it doesnt look like everyone elses car. That said I think the car is ugly and I wouldnt buy a regular rolls let alone this car.
