    As for heros, you missed one group, i have seen them with my eyes, what work they do on a 24-hour basis @ old_folks nursing home, they really are super-heros, i got no idea how they can put up with that.

    great day yesterday,felt strong/active but mannic and un/settled,yep the steroids and another drugged kick in,plus I've been drinking 2 litres of lemonade a day,jellie beans and heaps of Vegimite.last night fell asleep about 2.00am woke at 5.30am another sleeping tablet woke up at 7.00am cup of tea ,2 crumpets and marmalade ,litre of water and 3 prunes and 2 raw eggs.Gunna pick up little Terry from ex in Roz's old HOS and cruise today on zee couch regards Rob.

    F@ck it, bad afternoon yesterday these pea like lumps appeared on my anul and the whole ,bad bad pain.2.00 am drove myself to the Epworth in Richmond on sleeping tablets ,bad boy drove threw 3 red lights and got pain killers and cream and a $300 odd bill.I'm ok now think it was the steroids?Oh well **** happens regards Boxer Boy.
