I beg forgiveness... I recall that I once made another mistake. I was 16 at the time Joe www.joesackey.com
....Brakes??? The car had brakes??? Never thought so!! (One of the major weak points with the Miura!) Ciao! Walter
When you restore the cars properly, you can make the brakes work, even using the original equipment. My 4884 has better brakes than when it left the factory - of course nothing like a modern car's. Joe www.joesackey.com

If you have that green eyelashed Miura picture in high res Joe, you know who'd be interested in having it!

http://www.carclassic.com/stock.asp?Ref=DU15&Lang=en This one? Is that a different green? Or does verde Miura actually look that bad (in my opinion) in bright light? Anybody know?
It has brakes... they feel ...vintage, but they work ! I locked the wheels on mine, at 80km/h, while testing it... of course you'll have to 'jump' on the pedal....with both feet !!! ;-) H.
If that's the case... In my dreams I would have my Miura S repainted verde ithaca... and would happily be subject to the slings and arrows of the factory spec crowd.

Thats OK, youre probably covered: I note 4 different shades/paint codes for the Miura ranging in name variously from "Verde" to "Verde Chiaro" to "Verde Miura". Just tell them its one of those Joe www.joesackey.com
