    Mate, its hitting 100F here already. We are nowhere near Summer yet. In 2 months time, it will be easily hitting 115F+, daily for the next 2-3 months. :(:(

    Best idea to go to Italy. :D:D Avoid this dry heat! Pappy is starting to get sick of these temps, and I normally LOVE the heat. :D:D

    And I have no reason to call you. Charlie, JJ and I have a close "connection" because we all made sweet love to Captain America while I was there. :eek::eek:

    Yep, pretty flashy! And, one of the (if not THE) fastest growing cities in the U. S. But, damn those summers! Although, PAP sound like you're used to 115 degrees F. Toasty! Mucho condos going up on the Strip. Maybe a winter vacation home? C'a mate.
